Effect of systematic Kegel exercise training on postoperative patients with endometrial cancer
Objective To explore the effect of systematic Kegel exercise training on postoperative patients with endometrial cancer. Methods 80 postoperative patients with endometrial cancer were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine recovery treatment, while the experimental group received systematic Kegel exercise training on the basis of routine recovery treatment.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of psychological scores(overall well-being score, psychological resilience score, simple coping style score),score of mastery of knowledge of endometrial cancer and postoperative bladder function recovery. Results The scores of overall well-being score, psychological resilience and simple coping style in the experimental group were(37.17±1.15),(32.95±1.13)and(36.02±2.05)points,which were higher than(12.29±1.03),(17.42±0.73)and(15.13±1.19)points in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores mastery of knowledge of endometrial cancer cause, endometrial cancer postoperative recovery and endometrial cancer family recovery were(32.05±1.13),(24.52±1.25)and(21.25±1.33)points,which were higher than(18.42±1.20),(17.09±1.09)and(13.12±0.91)points in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The postoperative bladder function recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic Kegel exercise training has a significant effect on postoperative patients with endometrial cancer, and can improve their bladder function and mental state, and is worth promoting.
