Study on clinical effect of Xiao'er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiao'er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods 106 child patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,each with 53 cases.The children of the control group used azithromycin for treatment,while the children of the observation group used Xiao'er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with azithromycin for treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,Western medicine efficacy,inflammatory factors[serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)]and immune function indicators[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+]between the two groups of children were compared.Results After 5 d of medication,the scores of cough,fever and pulmonary rales in the observation group were(0.54±0.19),(0.57±0.19)and(0.75±0.23)points,which were lower than(1.32±0.43),(1.63±0.34)and(1.35±0.41)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 d of medication,the total effective rate of 94.34%in the observation group was higher than 77.36%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 d of medication,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in the observation group were(3.65±0.62)mg/L,(5.31±0.56)pg/ml and(0.14±0.03)ng/ml,which were lower than(5.76±0.93)mg/L,(7.57±0.92)pg/ml and(0.31±0.09)ng/ml in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 d of medication,the observation group had IgA of(0.76±0.08)g/L,IgM of(1.13±0.34)g/L,IgG of(6.75±1.32)g/L,and CD8+ of(457.91±56.34)/μl,which were lower than(1.06±0.27)g/L,(1.72±0.49)g/L,(9.21±1.76)g/L,and(493.59±35.76)/μl in the control group;the observation group had CD4+of(1048.62±253.17)/μl and CD4+/CD8+ of(2.29±0.43),which were higher than(824.29±147.53)/μl and(1.67±0.29)in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,the combined use of Xiao'er Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid can improve the treatment effect,and has a positive effect on improving symptoms,restoring normal lung function,and alleviating inflammatory reactions in the body.It is suitable for clinical promotion and use.
