Clinical effect of hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid patency surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid patency surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods A total of 100 patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The study group received hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid patency surgery, and the control group received conventional tubal patency therapy. The incidence of complications, duration of vaginal bleeding, postoperative trial pregnancy time, infertility rate, and ectopic pregnancy rate, patency rate of the fallopian tubes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in patency rate of the fallopian tubes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the tubal patency rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The study group had lower complication rate of 2.00%than 14.00%of the control group, and shorter duration of vaginal bleeding of(1.66±0.65)d than(2.44±0.89)d in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative trial pregnancy time of(2.33±1.11)months in the study group was shorter than(4.55±1.33)months in the control group;the infertility rate of 2.00%and ectopic pregnancy rate of 2.00%in the study group were lower than 20.00%and 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of tubal infertility, hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid patency surgery can significantly improve tubal patency with fewer complications and low rate of infertility and ectopic pregnancy, and is worth promoting.
