Summary of pathological investigation of gastrointestinal tumors in two counties around Linfen in recent three years
Objective To study the gastrointestinal tumors in two large counties around Linfen in recent three years,and the specific condition and clinical treatment of a typical patient.Methods This study selected 23 random patients with gastrointestinal tumors in two large counties around Linfen in the past three years for exploration and analysis,and one representative patient was taken for individual report.Results Among the 23 patients with gastrointestinal tumors,8 cases of moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma were located in the cardia,rectum,esophagus and lesser curvature of the stomach,with ulcerative type in the naked eye view,and microscopic view:possible metastasis to the greater omentum and lymph nodes;1 case of simple polyp was located in the fundus of the stomach,with grayish white tissues in the naked eye view;5 cases of atypical hyperplasia were located in the esophagus,rectum,and cardia with grayish white milia in the naked eye view,and squamous epithelium and nested clusters in the microscopic view;and 11 cases of adenomas were located in the colon,rectum,cardia,gastric sinuses and horns,and body of the stomach,with grayish white tissues and polypoid shape in the naked eye view.Conclusion In the past three years,the gastrointestinal tumors in the surrounding counties of Linfen is basically similar to national trend,and the selected typical patient has been improved through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
