Effect analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation in the treatment of limb fractures
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 70 patients with limb fractures were set as study samples. They were divided into a conventional group and a study group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the conventional group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation, and the patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation. The complications, surgical indicators, limb function score, activities of daily living score and quality of life of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate of the study group was 5.71%,which was lower than 25.71%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The operation time, fever duration, fracture healing time and hospital stay of the study group were(1.57±0.26)h,(8.27±1.33)h,(29.26±2.12)d and(14.93±1.23)d,which were significantly shorter than(2.18±0.28)h,(13.22±1.32)h,(43.48±2.16)d and(24.26±1.24)d in the conventional group(P<0.05).The study group had lower limb function score of(30.21±1.21)points and upper limb function score of(47.47±1.21)points,which were significantly higher than(24.11±1.24)and(41.61±1.14)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of walking activity, controlled defecation, dressing, grooming, bathing and eating were(91.23±1.12),(92.01±1.11),(92.34±1.23),(92.31±1.08),(92.43±1.18)and(93.27±1.12)points,which were significantly higher than(82.87±1.22),(80.72±1.23),(82.22±1.21),(82.79±1.24),(81.95±1.52)and(81.54±1.16)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of physical function, mental function, social function and sleep quality in the study group were(65.56±1.52),(55.34±1.22),(64.32±1.25)and(62.14±1.25)points,which were better than(38.76±1.44),(39.25±1.13),(41.23±1.21)and(43.64±1.24)points in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with limb fractures, minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation can effectively improve limb function and surgical indicators of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the activities of daily living and quality of life of patients. The application effect is very significant.
