Observation on the therapeutic effect of transverse abdominal small incision hernia surgery on hernia patients
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transverse abdominal small incision hernia surgery on hernia patients. Methods A total of 150 hernia patients were divided into a study group and a control group according to different types of surgery, with 75 cases in each group. The study group was treated with abdominal transverse small incision hernia sac high ligation + preperitoneal repair, and the control group was treated with laparoscopic transperitoneal preperitoneal hernia repair. The perioperative related indicators, postoperative complications, and recurrence were compared between two groups. Results The study group had longer operation time of(45.09±7.52)min than(33.95±4.82)min in the control group, shorter hospitalization time of(2.80±0.46)d than(3.77±0.53)d in the control group, less intraoperative blood loss of(12.41±1.52)ml than(15.18±2.29)ml in the control group, lower postoperative pain score of(1.44±0.36)points than(2.04±0.60)points in the control group, and less hospitalization costs of(5914.01±242.35)yuan than(8135.15±273.99)yuan in the control group. In the study group, the incision satisfaction scores of patients and doctors and hospitalization costs were(98.28±0.27)and(97.22±0.63)points,which were higher than(94.36±3.06)and(91.82±1.11)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 20 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was 0 in both groups. Conclusion In the treatment of hernia patients, ideal results can be achieved through transverse abdominal small incision and endoscopic hernia surgery with low recurrence rates.Endoscopic hernia surgery has a relatively short operation time,a larger range of repair, and higher hospitalization costs.Clinical operators should analyze the patient's condition before surgery and choose a suitable surgical treatment regimen.
