Clinical efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with statins in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral thrombosis
Objective To study the effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with statins in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral thrombosis. Methods 111 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into an observation group(55 cases)and a control group(56 cases). The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of control group. The coagulation(prothrombin time, thrombin time, fibrinogen level)and carotid artery condition(carotid plaque area, carotid intima-media thickness)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group had prothrombin time of(12.82±0.68)s,thrombin time of(17.21±1.47)s,and fibrinogen of(2.50±0.40)g/L,which was better than(11.97±0.23)s,(15.28±1.26)s,(2.83±0.46)g/L in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the carotid plaque area and carotid intima-media thickness in the observation group were(0.99±0.16)cm2 and(0.83±0.13)mm,and those in the control group were(1.25±0.20)cm2 and(1.01±0.16)mm.The observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with statins can realize the treatment of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral thrombosis, and help improve the coagulation indexes and carotide-related indexes of patients, which is worthy of recommendation.
