Clinical effect analysis of pyraloxime injection in emergency treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
Objective To observe the effect of pyraloxime injection in emergency treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 60 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency treatment intervention,and the experimental group received pyraloxime injection for emergency treatment intervention based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,neurological function score,cognitive function score,length of hospital stay and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the completion of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The neurological function score of(5.27±1.45)points in the experimental group was lower than(10.69±2.36)points in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of(78.23±9.13)points in the experimental group was higher than(65.14±8.29)points in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay of(6.43±1.87)d in the experimental group was shorter than(10.75±2.19)d in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had psychological function score of(80.16±4.28)points,material life status score of(81.28±4.61)points,social function score of(80.13±3.24)points,which were higher than(71.37±4.64),(72.13±4.62)and(70.92±3.13)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with pyraloxime injection has a good effect.While the patient is successfully rescued,their neurological and cognitive functions are further improved,and their quality of life is also enhanced.It is worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
