目的 分析甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果.方法 60例2型糖尿病患者,借助红色与白色球随机抽取分组,红色为对照组,白色为观察组,各 30 例.对照组采取甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖治疗,观察组采取甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后 2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、胰岛功能指标[空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹C肽(FCP)、餐后2 h C肽(2 h PCP)]、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组FPG(6.03±1.22)mmol/L、2 h PG(8.73±1.12)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.33±1.26)%均优于对照组的(7.32±1.12)mmol/L、(11.32±1.32)mmol/L、(7.02±1.32)%(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者FINS(12.27±1.68)mU/L、FCP(3.53±0.28)ng/ml、2 h PCP(3.99±0.68)ng/ml均优于对照组的(10.30±1.14)mU/L、(2.50±0.32)ng/ml、(3.14±0.38)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者不良反应发生率 3.33%低于对照组的 26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗 2 型糖尿病患者具有较好的临床效果,能够有效控制患者血糖、促进患者胰岛功能恢复,也能减少不良反应发生,值得推广使用.
Analysis of clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups by means of red and white balls,with red ball as the control group and white ball as the observation group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with insulin glargine + acarbose,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]levels,islet function indexes[fasting insulin(FINS),fasting C-peptide(FCP),2 h postprandial C-peptide(2 h PCP)]before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the observation group had FPG of(6.03±1.22)mmol/L,2 h PG of(8.73±1.12)mmol/L,HbA1c of(5.33±1.26)%,which were better than(7.32±1.12)mmol/L,(11.32±1.32)mmol/L and(7.02±1.32)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had FINS of(12.27±1.68)mU/L,FCP of(3.53±0.28)ng/ml and 2 h PCP of(3.99±0.68)ng/ml,which were better than(10.30±1.14)mU/L,(2.50±0.32)ng/ml and(3.14±0.38)ng/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart has good clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,which can effectively control the blood glucose of patients,promote the recovery of islet function of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and use.
