摘要
目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸对缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量的影响.方法 选取 70 例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机信封法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组 35 例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用复方丹参滴丸治疗.比较两组患者治疗效果、生活质量评分及治疗满意度.结果 观察组治疗总有效率 97.14%明显高于对照组的 80.00%(P<0.05).观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、整体健康评分分别为(90.56±7.52)、(86.29±8.56)、(89.21±7.69)、(90.52±7.48)分,均高于对照组的(83.45±6.62)、(77.54±6.36)、(73.58±5.39)、(81.65±5.67)分(P<0.05).观察组治疗满意度94.29%,较对照组的77.14%明显更高(P<0.05).结论 缺血性脑卒中患者采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,能够促进患者神经功能恢复,进而巩固整体治疗效果,改善疾病预后状况,有利于提高患者生活质量和治疗满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dropping pills on quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 70 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as study subjects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,quality of life score and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,emotional function,social function and overall health in the observation group were(90.56±7.52),(86.29±8.56),(89.21±7.69)and(90.52±7.48)points,which were higher than(83.45±6.62),(77.54±6.36),(73.58±5.39)and(81.65±5.67)points in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with compound SDanshen dropping pills can promote the recovery of neurological function,consolidate the overall treatment effect,improve the prognosis of the disease,and improve the quality of life and treatment satisfaction of patients.
