Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in general surgery department
Objective To explore the practical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in general surgery department. Methods 78 patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in general surgery department were selected as the research sample. They were divided into an exploration group and a reference group by"random number table",with 39 cases in each group. The reference group chose western medicine treatment, and the exploration group chose integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. The related clinical indicators(anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound, symptom disappearance time, treatment time),curative effects, and postoperative serum indicators[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound, symptom disappearance time and treatment time in the exploration group were(3.02±0.97),(2.09±0.86),(6.13±0.55)and(11.00±2.13)d,which were shorter than(6.57±1.24),(5.66±1.35),(8.23±1.56)and(15.01±2.67)d in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the exploration group was 97.44%(38/39),which was better than 79.49%(31/39)of the reference group(P<0.05).On the first day after surgery, there were no differences in levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 12th day after surgery, the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the exploration group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in general surgery department, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has better actual effect, which can improve their clinical indicators, curative effects and serum indicators on the 12th day after surgery.
