Study on prevention effect of early rehabilitation exercise training on lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To explore the prevention effect of early rehabilitation exercise training on lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)according to different postoperative intervention modes.Patients in control group received routine preventive nursing after surgery, and patients in observation group received early rehabilitation exercise training intervention based on routine preventive nursing. The peak velocity and average velocity of lower limb femoral vein,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score before and after intervention, and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the peak velocity and average velocity of lower limb femoral vein were improved in both groups compared with those before intervention;the peak velocity and average velocity of lower limb femoral vein in the observation group were(50.29±5.71)and(35.66±3.15)cm/s,which were significantly higher than those in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Barthel index and FMA score in both groups were higher than those before intervention;the observation group had Barthel index of(72.15±6.28)points and FMA score of(88.12±5.55)points,which were higher than(55.16±7.15)and(72.10±5.78)points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were 1 case(3.33%)of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group, and 7 cases(23.33%)of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the control group. The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise training can effectively improve the blood flow velocity of deep veins of lower limbs in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, improve the living ability and motor function, and have significant preventive and rehabilitation effects on lower limb deep vein thrombosis.
