本篇旨在探析《小儿药证直诀》中高频用药之一青黛的应用规律,通过整理《小儿药证直诀》中含有青黛的方剂,综合上卷脉证治法中提及所含方剂的条文及中卷具体病案中方剂的应用,三者结合共同分析青黛在其中的功效作用,青黛对于小儿肝火旺盛所引发的惊风抽搐以及疮疡疹癣等疾病具有较好的疗效,通过现代药理学研究显示:青黛在治疗银屑病、溃疡性结肠炎等疾病方面的效果显著.期待此篇能为现代儿科治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyse the application of Qing Dai,one of the high-frequency medicines used in the"Key to the Therapeutics of Children's Diseases",by collating the prescriptions containing Qing Dai in the"Key to the Therapeutics of Children's Diseases",synthesising the provisions of the prescriptions mentioned in the upper volume of the pulse evidence and treatment method and the application of the prescriptions in specific cases in the middle volume.It has been shown through modern pharmacological studies to be effective in the treatment of psoriasis and ulcerative colitis.It is expected that this article will provide new ideas for modern pediatric treatment.
