Study on correlation of expression level of CENPA with CT signs and parameters in lung adenocarcinoma
Objective To explore the correlation of expression level of centromeric protein A(CENPA)CT signs and parameters in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods 46 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent lung CT examination were studied.According to the expression level of CENPA,46 patients were divided into CENPA-group(CENPA-negative,27 cases)and CENPA+ group(CENPA-positive,19 cases).CT pulmonary perfusion parameters(blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),surface permeability(PS),mean transit time(MTT)and the number of CT signs were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results CENPA+ group had BF of(39.21±5.45)ml/(100 g·min),BV of(21.11±3.18)ml/100 g,PS of(17.21±2.86)ml/(100 g·min),which were higher than(19.22±3.50)ml/(100 g·min),(4.89±1.97)ml/100 g,(3.11±1.48)ml/(100 g·min)in CENPA-group;and CENPA+ group had shorter MTT of(4.19±2.34)s than(10.53±2.27)s in CENPA-group(P<0.05).In CENPA+ group, there were 3 cases with<3 direct signs and indirect signs,2 cases with 3-5 direct signs,8 cases with 3-5 direct signs and indirect signs,2 cases with>5 direct signs, and 4 cases with>5 direct signs and indirect signs, which were better than 6,13,5,2,and 1 case in CENPA-group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of CENPA in lung adenocarcinoma patients is correlated with CT signs and parameters, and the CT signs and parameters of lung adenocarcinoma patients with positive expression of CENPA are significantly worse. Therefore, the positive expression of CENPA can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
