Effect observation of amlodipine combined with benazepril in the treatment of hypertension
Objective To study the efficacy of amlodipine combined with benazepril in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 135 patients with hypertension were divided into an observation group(68 cases)and a control group(67 cases)according to different medication methods. The control group was treated with amlodipine orally, and the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with benazepril orally. The rate of excellent blood pressure control, blood pressure, heart rate level and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was 97.06%(66/68),which was higher than 83.58%(56/67)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had systolic blood pressure of(121.18±23.61)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),diastolic blood pressure of(82.32±16.04)mm Hg,and heart rate of(69.53±13.55)beats/min,which were lower than(130.27±25.19)mm Hg,(88.85±17.18)mm Hg,and(76.46±14.79)beats/min in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of amlodipine combined with bennazepril in patients with hypertension can control the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, improve the excellent rate of blood pressure control, and ensure the safety of medication, which is worth recommending.
