Analysis of the efficacy of sublingual administration of dust mite drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis
Objective To explore the efficacy of sublingual administration of dust mite drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 108 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with sublingual administration of dust mite drops,while patients in the control group were injected with dust mite drops.At 2-year follow-up,treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 96.3%in the study group was higher than 85.2%in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had social function score of(81.5±5.4)points,physical function score of(83.3±4.8)points,role function score of(82.5±6.1)points and cognitive function score of(80.7±5.9)points,which were significantly higher than(68.4±5.3),(62.8±4.7),(63.8±5.3)and(62.7±4.7)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sublingual administration of dust mite drops for patients with allergic rhinitis can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,and greatly improve their quality of life.It should be widely used in clinical practice.
