Study on the effects of Bushen Yangxue ointment prescript on serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH and antral follicle of females with ovarian dysfunction
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of Bushen Yangxue ointment prescript on serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH and antral follicle of females with ovarian dysfunction.Methods 120 patients with ovarian dysfunction were divided into a control group and a treatment group by different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Peibao capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Yangxue ointment prescript.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,serum sex hormones[estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels,antral follicle count,endometrial thickness and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had LH of(7.53±1.04)mIU/ml,FSH of(8.78±3.15)mIU/ml and E2 of(59.66±5.04)pg/ml,which were lower than(9.88±2.54)mIU/ml,(10.47±3.11)mIU/ml and(71.36±6.11)pg/ml in the control group;the treatment group had higher AMH of(2.36±0.34)ng/ml than(1.69±0.48)ng/ml in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had endometrial thickness of(8.74±1.04)mm and the antral follicle count of(5.74±0.25),which were significantly higher than(6.58±1.29)mm and(4.50±0.31)in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main syndrome,secondary syndrome,concomitant syndrome and total syndrome in treatment group were(7.29±2.14),(2.87±1.27),(1.09±0.14)and(11.25±3.55)points,which were significantly lower than(8.66±3.05),(3.57±1.31),(1.46±0.25)and(13.69±4.61)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Bushen Yangxue ointment prescript can improve the serum sex hormone and antral follicle count in patients with ovarian dysfunction,and significantly improve their symptoms.
