The effect of postoperative rehabilitation exercises on pelvic floor muscle function and mental state in postoperative patients with uterine prolapse
Objective To explore the effect of postoperative rehabilitation exercises on pelvic floor muscle function and mental state in postoperative patients with uterine prolapse. Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with uterine prolapse were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received clinical routine recovery treatment, while the experimental group received postoperative rehabilitation exercises on the basis of the control group. The psychological score, postoperative recovery and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had anxiety score of(3.02±1.05)points and psychological state score of(4.20±0.94)points,which were better than(7.86±2.13)and(9.60±1.52)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pelvic floor dysfunction and activities of daily living in the experimental group were(3.32±0.38)and(3.50±0.38)points,which were better than(5.51±0.68)and(9.45±0.71)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grading of pelvic floor muscle strength in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of postoperative rehabilitation exercise recovery treatment measures has a significant effect on postoperative patients with uterine prolapse, and can improve their clinical symptoms, which is worth promoting.
