Application effect analysis of omeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with peptic ulcer
Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 64 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The levels of biochemical indicators[transforming growth faction-α(TGF-α),epidermal growth factor(EGF),gastrin]and self-management of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had TGF-α of(5.88±0.95)pg/ml and EGF of(0.88±0.20)μg/L,which were higher than(4.29±0.77)pg/ml and(0.66±0.19)μg/L in the control group;the observation group had lower gastrin of(25.11±2.15)pg/ml than(27.44±3.09)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the disease knowledge score was(17.56±2.15)points,the daily life score was(14.86±2.10)points,the self-efficacy score was(16.22±2.45)points,the emotional control score was(16.23±2.33)points,which were higher than(11.44±1.55),(10.55±1.88),(11.66±2.10),(11.55±2.08)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the condition of patients with peptic ulcer and improve the management level,which can be adopted.
