Effect of progressive rehabilitation training combined with emotional nursing on acupotomy treatment of lumbar disc herniation
Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation training combined with emotional nursing on acupotomy treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each with 100 cases. The control group was treated with acupotomy, and the experimental group was treated with progressive rehabilitation training and emotional nursing based on the control group. Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, anteflexion and extension range of motion, visual analog scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),Oswestry disability index(ODI),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and occurrence of adverse events. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 89.00%,and that of the control group was 78.00%;the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the anteflexion and extension range of motion increased significantly in both groups;the anteflexion and extension range of motion in the experimental group were(83.51±4.21)° and(22.38±3.28)°,which were higher than(77.20±4.38)and(18.26±3.30)° in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,JOA score increased significantly in both groups, while ODI and VAS scores decreased;JOA score of(26.85±1.34)points in the experimental group was higher than(21.08±1.60)points in the control group;ODI score and VAS score in the experimental group were(12.56±2.18)and(1.14±0.31)points,which were lower than(15.45±2.91)and(1.56±0.40)points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMA score and HAMD score in both groups decreased;HAMA score and HAMD score in the experimental group were(9.04±1.12)and(10.05±1.26)points,which were lower than(12.92±1.08)and(12.35±1.35)points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of progressive rehabilitation training and emotional nursing has a certain effect in the comprehensive treatment of acupotomy for patients with lumbar disc herniation, which can effectively improve the lumbar function and pain.
