常规辅助功能锻炼联合康复机器人手套预防中等长度导管置管后并发症的效果分析

目的 探讨常规辅助功能锻炼联合康复机器人手套对中等长度导管置管后并发症的预防效果。方法 选取 52 例需进行中等长度导管置管的患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组 26 例。对照组采用常规辅助功能锻炼,观察组采用常规辅助功能锻炼联合康复机器人手套进行锻炼。比较两组患者凝血功能[凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)]、功能训练依从性、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果 与干预前比,干预后两组患者血清PT、TT、FIB、D-D水平均降低,且观察组血清TT、FIB、D-D水平低于对照组,PT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。干预后,观察组锻炼依从、监测依从、主动寻求帮助依从、注意事项依从评分及总分分别为(10。34±1。23)、(5。11±0。64)、(8。58±1。24)、(10。81±1。33)、(34。84±3。48)分,均高于对照组的(5。47±0。78)、(3。72±0。47)、(5。67±0。75)、(6。57±0。82)、(21。43±4。54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。干预期间,观察组并发症发生率 3。85%与对照组的 34。62%相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。干预后,观察组总满意度 96。15%与对照组的 69。23%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 常规辅助功能锻炼联合康复机器人手套可有效改善中等长度导管置管患者的凝血功能,提高患者的锻炼依从性、监测依从性、主动寻求帮助依从性以及注意事项依从性,减少并发症发生,提高患者对护理的满意程度。
Effect analysis of routine auxiliary function exercise combined with rehabilitation robotic gloves to prevent complications of midline catheters
Objective To explore the effect of routine auxiliary function exercise combined with rehabilitation robotic gloves to prevent complications of midline catheters.Methods 52 patients requiring midline catheters were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 26 patients in each group.The control group received routine auxiliary function exercise,and the observation group received routine auxiliary function exercise combined with rehabilitation robotic gloves.The coagulation function[thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)],functional training compliance,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before intervention,the serum PT,TT,FIB and D-D levels decreased in both groups after intervention;the serum TT,FIB and D-D levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention;the observation group had higher PT than that in the control group after intervention;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of exercise compliance,monitoring compliance,active help seeking compliance,precautions compliance and total score of the observation group were(10.34±1.23),(5.11±0.64),(8.58±1.24),(10.81±1.33)and(34.84±3.48)points,which were higher than(5.47±0.78),(3.72±0.47),(5.67±0.75),(6.57±0.82)and(21.43±4.54)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During intervention,the complication rate of 3.85%in the observation group was lower than 34.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 69.23%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine auxiliary function exercise combined with rehabilitation robotic gloves can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients with midline catheters,improve the exercise compliance,monitoring compliance,active help seeking compliance and precautions compliance of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
