Observation on the application value of microbiological test in the detection of pathogenic bacteria in urinary system
Objective To observe the application value of microbiological test in the detection of pathogenic bacteria in urinary system. Methods 90 patients with urinary system infection were taken as the study subjects, and their urine was collected and tested for pathogen isolation. The infection rate of single and mixed pathogens, the main types of pathogens in patients with single and mixed urinary system infection, and the sensitivity of main pathogens to commonly used antibiotics were observed. Results The infection rate of single pathogen was 75.56%,which was higher than 24.44%of mixed pathogen. The main pathogenic bacteria types in patients with single pathogen infection were Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae, accounting for 41.18%,26.47%,10.29%,4.41%and 17.65%respectively,among which Escherichia coli accounted for the highest proportion and Pseudomonas aeruginosa the lowest. The main pathogenic bacteria types in patients with mixed pathogen infection were Candida,Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus proteus, accounting for 72.72%,22.72%and 4.56%respectively,among which candida accounted for the highest proportion and Bacillus proteus the lowest. The three most sensitive drugs of Escherichia coli were amikacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam,imipenem.The three most sensitive drugs of Enterococcus faecium were linezolid, tigacycline and vancomycin. The three most sensitive drugs of Enterococcus faecalis were penicillin, ampicillin and imipenem. The three most sensitive drugs of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were amikacin, ceftazidime, and cefepime. The three most sensitive drugs of Klebsiella pneumoniae were amikacin, imipenem and cefepim. The two most sensitive drugs of Candida were amphotericin B and voriconazole. The two most sensitive drugs of Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus were linezolid and vancomycin. The two most sensitive drugs of Bacillus proteus were ampicillin and amikacin. Conclusion For patients with single urinary system infection, the common pathogenic bacteria types include Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. For patients with mixed urinary system infection, the common pathogenic bacteria types include Candida,Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus proteus.Due to the different sensitivity of different pathogens to commonly used antibiotics,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of bacterial resistance in clinical practice,so as to help clinicians grasp the status of bacterial infection in time and formulate a more scientific and reasonable antimicrobial treatment plan.
