Study on the application value of serological index combined with liver function index in the diagnosis of fatty liver
Objective To explore the application value of serological index combined with liver function index in the diagnosis of fatty liver. Methods 60 patients with fatty liver were selected as the experimental group. In addition,60 health examination personnel during the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme assay was used to detect the serological indexes[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and liver function indexes[alanine aminotrasferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)]in both groups, and then compared. Results The levels of ALT and AST in the experimental group were(325.45±25.30)U/L and(344.23±26.89)U/L,and those in the control group were(48.63±5.23)U/L and(47.86±6.20)U/L.The levels of ALT and AST in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,TC level was(6.85±1.33)mmol/L and TG level was(3.43±0.50)mmol/L;while in the control group,TC level was(4.10±0.76)mmol/L and TG level was(1.55±0.75)mmol/L.The levels of TC and TG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in HDL-C and LDL-C levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Serological index is of great significance in the diagnosis of fatty liver, liver function index can understand the progress of the disease and guide subsequent diagnosis and treatment work.
