The effect of analgesic drug delivery combined with Doula accompanying delivery on pregnancy outcome
Objective To observe the impact of analgesic drug delivery combined with Doula accompanying delivery on pregnancy outcome,so as to provide a reference plan for smooth delivery for postpartum women. Methods 200 pregnant women in the delivery room were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received Doula accompanying delivery, while the observation group received analgesic drug delivery combined with Doula accompanying delivery. The pain intensity, total duration of labor, mode of delivery, satisfaction with delivery interventions, and delivery happiness index were compared between two groups of pregnant women during the observation period. Results In the observation group, the rate of natural delivery was 97.00%and the satisfaction with delivery intervention was 100.00%,which were higher than 89.00%and 86.00%in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The maternal numerical rating scale(NRS)scores for the first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were(2.36±0.69),(1.53±0.56)and(0.28±1.05)points,which were lower than(4.43±1.17),(3.67±0.84)and(1.37±0.96)points in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total duration of labor of(6.83±1.43)h in the observation group was shorter than(7.96±1.86)h in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The delivery happiness index of(88.15±1.44)points in the observation group was higher than(34.03±3.73)points in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining analgesic drug delivery with Doula accompanying delivery can alleviate uterine contractions and shorten the duration of labor, increase the proportion of natural delivery, improve pregnancy outcomes, and increase the delivery happiness index. The effect is ideal.
