温针灸与穴位埋线联合治疗儿童肥胖的效果研究

摘要
目的 分析温针灸与穴位埋线联合治疗儿童肥胖的效果.方法 选取肥胖儿童 82 例,使用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=41)与对照组(n=41).对照组应用温针灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合穴位埋线治疗.比较两组儿童的治疗效果、脂质水平及不良事件发生情况.结果 研究组总有效率95.12%显著高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.85±0.52)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.65±0.49)mmol/L与甘油三酯(1.00±0.60)mmol/L均低于对照组的(3.26±0.49)、(5.20±0.50)、(1.28±0.46)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.36±0.35)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.09±0.30)mmol/L(P<0.05).不良事件发生率比较中,两组结果未见差异性(P>0.05).结论 温针灸与穴位埋线联合治疗儿童肥胖效果显著,可有效调节脂质指标,安全性较佳,具有临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of combination of warming acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint catgut embedding on child obesity.Methods 82 obese children were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=41)and a control group(n=41).The control group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding.The therapeutic effects,lipid levels and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.12%in the study group was significantly higher than 78.05%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the study group had low density lipoprotein cholesterol of(2.85±0.52)mmol/L,total cholesterol of(4.65±0.49)mmol/L and triglyceride of(1.00±0.60)mmol/L,which were lower than(3.26±0.49),(5.20±0.50)and(1.28±0.46)mmol/L in the control group;the study group had higher high density lipoprotein cholesterol of(1.36±0.35)mmol/L than(1.09±0.30)mmol/L in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of warming acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint catgut embedding has a significant effect on the treatment of child obesity,and it can effectively regulate the lipid index,and has high safety,which contains clinical promotion value.
