The effect of early systematic rehabilitation training on activities of daily living of post-stroke hemiplegic patients
Objective To analyze the effect of early systematic rehabilitation training on activities of daily living of post-stroke hemiplegic patients,so as to provide clinical guidance for the development of rehabilitation plans for patients. Methods 100 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group based on differences in rehabilitation training methods, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received early systematic rehabilitation training, while the control group received routine rehabilitation training. The Barthel index, satisfaction with rehabilitation training, and incidence of adverse events of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Before rehabilitation training, there was no difference in Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05).After rehabilitation training, the observation group had significantly higher Barthel index of(78.89±1.46)points than(42.42±1.79)points in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with rehabilitation training in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early systematic rehabilitation training has a significant positive impact on the activities of daily living of post-stroke hemiplegic patients, which can improve a series of adverse reactions caused by low activity levels, and help to improve patients'satisfaction with rehabilitation training. It can be promoted.
