Analysis of the clinical efficacy of headache mixture in patients with tension type headache and anxiety
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of headache mixture in patients with tension type headache(TTH)and anxiety.Methods 100 patients with TTH and anxiety were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by double chromosphere method,each with 50 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional western treatment and headache mixture.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy,negative psychological emotion,biochemical indexes[homocysteine(Hcy),fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity],frequency and duration of headache were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the difference was significant(94.00%VS 78.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had Hcy of(10.85±2.95)μmol/L,fibrinogen of(2.41±0.32)g/L,whole blood viscosity of(9.11±2.36)mPa·s and plasma viscosity of(1.15±0.38)mPa·s,which were lower than(12.12±3.05)μmol/L,(3.05±0.48)g/L,(10.59±2.75)mPa·s and(1.45±0.42)mPa·s in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache,dizziness,pale face,chest fullness and nausea and retching were(0.92±0.22),(0.82±0.15),(0.78±0.18),(0.85±0.21)and(0.89±0.24)points in the observation group,which were lower than(1.25±0.26),(1.18±0.22),(1.16±0.20),(1.23±0.25)and(1.24±0.28)points in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower frequency of headache than that in the control group,and shorter duration of headache than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with TTH and anxiety,headache mixture based on conventional western medicine can better relieve the anxiety of patients,and better reduce the headache symptoms of patients,which is conducive to the improvement of biochemical indicators,so as to comprehensively improve the clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
