Study on effect of psychological unrsing combined with cisplatin+carboplatin+paclitaxel on elderly patients with lung cancer
Objective To observe the effect of psychological unrsing combined with cisplatin+carboplatin+paclitaxel on elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 22 elderly patients with lung cancer were divided into a single group and a combined group according to random color ball extraction method,with 11 cases in each group.The single group was given cisplatin+carboplatin+paclitaxel treatment,and the combined group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the single group.The clinical therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and psychological status score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 72.73%,which was significantly higher than the single group's 18.18%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 9.09%,which was significantly lower than the single group's 54.55%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the combined group,the depression score and anxiety score were(14.52±2.25)and(15.02±2.11)points before intervention,and(5.69±1.33)and(6.21±1.32)points after intervention.In the single group,the depression score and anxiety score were(14.69±2.67)and(15.31±2.05)points before intervention,and(8.52±1.41)and(9.33±1.41)points after intervention.Before intervention,there was no difference in depression score and anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the depression scores and anxiety scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and compared with single group,the combined group was better.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the combined treatment of cisplatin+carboplatin+paclitaxel,psychological intervention in elderly patients with lung cancer can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,strengthen the therapeutic effect,alleviate depression,anxiety and other negative emotions.
