Analysis of clinical effect and feasibility of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension, and analyze its feasibility. Methods 64 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into a control group(32 cases)and an observation group(32 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone, and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol.Comparison was made on clinical efficacy, blood pressure, heart rate,24 h urinary protein quantification and microalbumin levels, and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(81.3%),the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.9%)was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the 24 h urinary protein quantification and microalbumin levels in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the 24 h urinary protein quantification and microalbumin levels in the observation group were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).There was 1 case of postpartum hemorrhage and 1 case of fetal distress in the control group, and only 1 case of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group.Compared with the control group(6.3%),the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group(3.1%)was lower, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol has significant clinical efficacy in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients, restore blood pressure and heart rate, reduce 24 h urinary protein quantification and microalbumin levels, which is conducive to maternal and infant outcomes, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
