Effect observation of intraarticular injection of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning on synovitis of knee joint
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intraarticular injection of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning on synovitis of knee joint.Methods 100 patients(124 knees)with synovitis of knee joint were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases(62 knees)in each group.The treatment group was treated by Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning with the fluid extracted from the joint cavity,and the control group was treated by sodium hyaluronate injection with the fluid extracted from the joint cavity.The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the excellent rate of 77.4%in the treatment group was significantly higher than 38.7%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 22.6%,which was lower than 51.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intraarticular injection of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning injection for synovitis of knee joint has definite effect.It can better promote the absorption of effusion,subside,relieve pain and inflammation,and the long-term effect is better,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
