Analysis of the significance of acupoint application on the quality of life and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application on the quality of life and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intervention,and the experimental group was given acupoint application intervention based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function improvement after treatment,6-min walking test and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of cardiac function improvement in the experimental group was 80.00%,which was higher than 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had 6-min walking test of(452.55±27.25)m points and quality of life score of(53.25±8.35)points,which were better than(433.10±24.27)m and(35.21±4.27)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application has a significant clinical effect on patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and has high efficacy in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
