Clinical observation of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods 82 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]and proteinuria indexes(24 h urinary protein quantity,24 h urinary microalbumin)level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]level.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Scr,BUN,24 h urinary protein quantity and 24 h urinary microalbumin in the observation group were(77.01±21.62)μmol/L,(4.23±1.06)mmol/L,(25.76±3.84)mg/L and(25.43±3.18)mg/L,which were lower than(90.47±25.84)μmol/L,(7.17±1.28)mmol/L,(29.64±4.03)mg/L and(31.06±3.49)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of edema,fatigue,loose stool and gastric distention in the observation group were(0.98±0.21),(0.90±0.18),(0.92±0.19)and(0.89±0.16)points,which were significantly lower than(1.65±0.24),(1.59±0.22),(1.64±0.23)and(1.58±0.21)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-α in the observation group were(16.03±5.78)mg/L,(15.03±3.37)ng/L,(26.89±6.28)ng/L and(37.93±4.76)μg/L,which were lower than(25.93±7.33)mg/L,(19.71±3.86)ng/L,(53.49±9.82)ng/L and(46.38±5.14)μg/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria,which can effectively reduce urinary protein level,improve renal function,alleviate inflammatory reaction and relieve syndromes.
