Analysis of the effect of acupuncture on governor meridian and back-shu point on cervical vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency type
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture on governor meridian and back-shu point on cervical vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency type. Methods 60 patients with cervical vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency type were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given clinical routine treatment, and the experimental group was given acupuncture on governor meridian and back-shu point based on the control group. The therapeutic effect, the score of cervical vertigo and function assessment scale, and the score of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome scale were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 53.33%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 4th,8th and 14th day after treatment, the scores of cervical vertigo and functional assessment scale of the experimental group were(1.70±0.17),(2.20±0.12)and(3.70±0.27)points,which were higher than(1.60±0.12),(2.10±0.17)and(2.06±0.22)points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 4th,8th and 14th day after treatment, the scores of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome scale of the experimental group were(8.09±0.13),(6.42±0.11)and(3.20±0.12)points,which were lower than(9.52±0.15),(8.05±0.13)and(6.90±0.37)points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture on governor meridian and back-shu point has a significant recovery effect on patients with cervical vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency type, and is worth promoting.
