Analysis of the significance of functional training guidance on postoperative functional recovery in patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy
Objective To analyze the significance of functional training guidance on postoperative functional recovery in patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy. Methods 80 patients after hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received clinical routine postoperative recovery treatment, and the experimental group received functional training guidance on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on psychologically relevant score(post-traumatic stress disorder score, coping style score, postoperative pain level score),the postoperative pubococcygeal muscle strength grading, and bladder function recovery(time to first drinking, time to first off-bed activity, time to first exhaust)between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the post-traumatic stress disorder score was(3.06±1.11)points,the coping style score was(23.50±0.92)points,and the postoperative pain level score was(1.32±0.13)points,which were all better than(9.21±1.52),(29.45±1.21)and(4.58±0.35)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had better postoperative pubococcygeal muscle strength grading than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the time to first drinking was(3.20±0.57)h,the time to first off-bed activity was(9.21±0.42)h,and the time to first exhaust was(18.21±0.17)h,which were all shorter than(6.60±1.52),(14.90±1.37)and(28.82±1.24)h in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional training guidance has a significant for patients after hysteromyomectomy, and can improve their clinical symptoms, which is worth promoting.
