Effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes
Objective To study the specific significance of nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with diabetes disease.Methods The diseases of the patients in this study were hypertension and diabetes,and 60 patients were compared by group(random method),the control group(30 patients,were hypoglycemic and losartan treatment)and the experimental group(30 patients,nifedipine controlled-release treatment was added on the treatment of the control group).Compared the relevant indicators before and after treatment[systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,blood creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)],the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Before the treatment,There was no difference in systolic,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,SCr and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05);post-treatment,The systolic blood pressure(125.42±0.45)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),diastolic blood pressure(80.45±3.13)mm Hg,heart rate(74.02±0.34)times/min,and SCr(87.51±0.12)μmol/L,BUN(5.56±0.03)mmol/L were all lower than the control group(140.45±3.46)mm Hg,(86.78±3.46)mm Hg,(76.78±0.54)times/min,(90.42±0.21)μmol/L,(5.90±0.32)mmol/L,The statistical difference was very significant(P<0.05).The total response rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,and the total response rate of the control group was 73.33%.The total response rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the significance was determined by the comparison results between the groups(P<0.05).In the inter-group analysis of the incidence of adverse reactions,the values of the experimental group and the control group were 6.67%and 36.67%,respectively,and the proportional significance of the incidence of adverse reactions existed(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet in the treatment of hypertension combined with diabetes is obvious,which can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients can be controlled,and the overall clinical application value is high.
