Analysis of the influencing factors of contrast agent reflux in hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography
Objective To explore the relevant influencing factors of contrast agent reflux in hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography,so as to improve the effectiveness of clinical diagnostic tests. Methods 192 infertile patients who underwent hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into a reflux group(38 cases)and a non-reflux group(154 cases)according to whether the contrast agent was refluxing or not.Univariate and Logistic analysis were performed on the basic data(age, infertility duration, history of uterine surgery, etc.)and examination data(patency of fallopian tube, endometrial thickness, uterine position, angiography time)of the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in age, infertility duration and uterine position between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of history of uterine surgery, degree of tubal patency,intima-media thickness and timing of angiography(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the history of uterine surgery, patency of fallopian tube, endometrial thickness and the timing of angiography between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that the history of uterine surgery, patency of fallopian tube, endometrial thickness and the timing of angiography were the factors affecting contrast agent reflux in hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(OR=4.664,4.613,4.538,4.119;P<0.05).Conclusion In hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography, the history of uterine surgery, patency of fallopian tube, endometrial thickness, and timing of angiography are influencing factors for contrast agent reflux. It is necessary to strengthen the timing of angiography and reduce the incidence of contrast agent reflux.
