Application value of vaginitis six-indicator test on vaginal pathogens and cleanliness of leucorrhea
Objective To explore the application value of vaginitis six-indicator test on vaginal pathogens and cleanliness of leucorrhea. Methods The data of 200 patients who underwent vaginal secretions examination were collected. All patients underwent routine microscopic examination and six-indicator test. The detection results of vaginitis pathogen and cleanliness of leuconorrhea were compared between the two detection methods. Results The detection rate of vaginal pathogens by six-indicator test was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 73.0%by routine microscopic examination(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in detection results of cleanliness of leuconorrhea between the two detection methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Six-indicator test is a relatively new method to provide patients with vaginitis, which is able to improve the clinical detection rate of vaginal pathogens and has a high application value.
