Expression of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation in postmenopausal patients with HR-HPV infection
Objective To investigate the expression of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation in postmenopausal patients with high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods 120 postmenopausal patients with HR-HPV infection were retrospectively selected as the observation group, and another 120 postmenopausal patients without human papilloma virus(HPV)infection as the control group.Comparison was made on detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the levels of T helper cytokines 17(Th17)[interleukin(IL)-17,IL-22]between the two groups,as well as detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the Th17 cytokines levels of patients with different pathological results and different clinical regression of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL)in the observation group. Results In the observation group, the detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 were 38.33%,(89.21±20.06)pg/ml,and(44.91±9.13)pg/ml,which were significantly higher than 1.67%,(22.23±6.63)pg/ml,and(20.32±5.19)pg/ml in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 of subjects with different pathological findings in the observation group were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSIL)were higher than those in patients with cervicitis and LSIL,and the above indicators in patients with LSIL were higher than those in patients with cervicitis. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 of patients with different LSIL regression in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation and the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 of patients with LSIL progression were higher than those of patients with remission and persistence, and patients with persistence of LSIL had higher indicators than those with remission of LSIL.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of cervical exfoliated cells FAM19A4/miR124-2 methylation is relatively high in postmenopausal patients with HR-HPV infection, and differences of patients with different pathological results and different clinical regression of patients with LSIL are significant.
