生化检验诊断糖尿病的效果分析

目的 分析生化检验对糖尿病的诊断价值.方法 选取 60 例糖尿病患者和 20 例健康者作为研究对象,均分别接受常规检验和生化检验.分析两种检验方法的诊断结果;对比两种检验方法的诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度、准确度)及检验时间;对比糖尿病患者与健康者的血脂、血糖水平.结果 生化检验中真阳性 55 例,真阴性 15 例,假阴性 5 例,假阳性 5 例;常规检验中真阳性 46 例,真阴性 8 例,假阴性 14 例,假阳性 12 例.生化检验的灵敏度为 91.67%,特异度为 75.00%,准确度为87.50%,阳性预测值为 91.67%,阴性预测值为 75.00%;常规检验的灵敏度为 76.67%,特异度为 40.00%,准确度为 67.50%,阳性预测值为 79.31%,阴性预测值为 36.36%;生化检验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阴性预测值均高于常规检验,对比结果存在差异性(P<0.05).糖尿病患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均高于健康者,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于健康者,对比结果存在差异性(P<0.05).糖尿病患者空腹血糖(8.22±1.72)mmol/L和餐后 2 h血糖(11.08±2.46)mmol/L明显高于健康者的(5.71±1.19)、(7.50±3.12)mmol/L,对比结果存在差异性(P<0.05).生化检验的检验时间为(19.34±5.34)min,短于常规检验的(36.21±4.82)min,对比结果存在差异性(P<0.05).结论 对糖尿病患者实施生化检验进行诊断,其诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度均优于常规检验;同时通过检验血糖和血脂水平,其结果可对患者并发症进行预防,为临床治疗提供重要参考依据,值得临床推广.
Analysis of the effect of biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes
Objective To analyze the value of biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients and 20 healthy subjects were selected as the study subjects,all of which underwent routine test and biochemical tests.The diagnostic results of the two test methods were analyzed.The diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity,accuracy)and test time of the two tests were compared.The blood lipid and blood glucose levels of diabetic patients and healthy subjects were compared.Results In biochemical test,there were 55 true positive cases,15 true negative cases,5 false negative cases and 5 false positive cases;in routine test,there were 46 true positive cases,8 true negative cases,14 false negative cases and 12 false positive cases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of biochemical test were 91.67%,75.00%,87.50%,91.67%and 75.00%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of routine test were 76.67%,40.00%,67.50%,79.31%and 36.36%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and negative predictive value of biochemical test were significantly higher than those of routine test(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in diabetic patients were higher than those in healthy subjects,but the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that in healthy subjects,and there were differences in comparison(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(11.08±2.46)mmol/L in diabetic patients were(8.22±1.72)and(11.08±2.46)mmol/L,which were significantly higher than(5.71±1.19)and(7.50±3.12)mmol/L in healthy subjects,and there were differences in comparison(P<0.05).The test time of biochemical test was(19.34±5.34)min,which was shorter than(36.21±4.82)min of routine test,and there was a difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of biochemical test were better than those of routine test.At the same time,by testing the blood glucose and blood lipid levels,the results can prevent the complications of patients,and provide an important reference for clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
