Effect analysis of salvianolate combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Objective To analyze the effect of salvianolate combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 102 DPN patients were divided into a control group(51 cases)and a study group(51 cases)according to the random number table. The control group was treated with mecobalamine, and the study group was treated with salvianolate combined with mecobalamine. The efficacy,Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 96.08%in the study group was higher than 80.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no difference in TCSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,TCSS score of(7.05±2.20)points in the study group was lower than(8.57±1.75)points in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment of DPN with salvianolate and mecobalamin is effective, can effectively improve the patient's neurological function. It has good safety, and is suitable for clinical application.
