Effect observation of triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment combined with 3M liquid dressing in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis
Objective To analyze the clinical value of triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment combined with 3M liquid dressing in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods 80 neonates diagnosed with diaper dermatitis were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a combination group(40 cases)and single drug group(40 cases). The combination group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment and 3M liquid dressing, and the single drug group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment. The clinical effect, adverse events, dermatitis grading and skin lesion score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than the single drug group's 80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05).After treatment, the neonatal dermatitis grading in the combination group was significantly better than that in single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment, the skin area score in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and the skin area score of(0.21±0.05)points in the combination group was significantly lower than(0.68±0.12)points in the single drug group(P<0.05).In the combination group, there was 1 case of aggravated flushing, and the incidence of adverse events was 2.50%.In the single drug group, there were 1 case of skin erosion,2 cases of aggravated flushing, and the incidence of adverse events was 7.50%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment and 3M liquid dressing has a positive clinical effect in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis, which can relieve the symptoms of dermatitis and accelerate the recovery process, with a good safety profile.
