Effect analysis of early rehabilitation nursing after interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy. Methods 76 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy were divided into two groups by random number table method.Intervention group 38 routine early rehabilitation nursing. The quality of life score,self-efficacy score, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of health status, emotional function, physical function, bodily pain, vitality, mental health,role-physical and social function in the intervention group were(87.46±4.38),(89.46±1.12),(86.49±2.44),(90.74±2.38),(88.56±4.38),(90.26±2.54),(85.49±2.44)and(89.56±3.41)points,which were higher than(75.49±3.31),(81.78±3.12),(76.74±2.51),(84.85±2.54),(74.69±4.21),(82.56±2.47),(75.85±2.47)and(85.76±3.75)points in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the self-efficacy score of the intervention group was(19.68±2.43)points,which was higher than the control group's(15.35±2.88)points(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction was 100.00%in the intervention group, which was higher than 84.21%in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the intervention group was 5.26%,which was lower than 23.68%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has significant effects for patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy, can improve their quality of life,self-efficacy,and has fewer complications, and is more recognized by patients.
