Thin endometrium can reduce the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate,and seriously affect human reproductive health.At present,there is no optimal treatment plan for improving endometrial thickness in clinical practice,especially for some stubborn thin endometrium,the treatment effect is not satisfactory.Autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)contains a large amount of growth factors,which can improve the thickness of the endometrium by promoting the proliferation and migration of endometrial cells and the generation of blood vessels,thus becoming a new and effective method for treating thin endometrium.This article provides a review of the preparation methods and mechanism of action of PRP in treating thin endometrium,and the application progress of PRP in treating thin endometrium,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for selecting appropriate methods to prepare autologous PRP for treating thin endometrium.
