The effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on clinical cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease patients with FFR at critical value
Objective To analyze the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on clinical cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease patients with fractional flow reserve(FFR)at critical value.Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients with FFR as the critical value were selected,and their grouping criteria were based on the parity of case ranking numbers.All 30 patients with odd ranking numbers were included in the control group,and 30 patients with even ranking numbers were included in the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the experimental group was treated with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function indexes,Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESd)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the experimental group had LVESd of(32.25±3.27)mm and LVEDd of(40.31±4.22)mm,which were smaller than(36.81±4.69)and(46.67±5.47)mm in the control group;there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups was higher than that before treatment in this group,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,but the difference was small and not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the SAQ score of both groups was significantly improved compared with that of this group before treatment;the experimental group had higher SAQ score of(86.26±10.33)points than(76.53±8.75)points of the control group.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain and tightness,palpitation and shortness of breath,dizziness and weakness,and dyspnea in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the scores of chest pain and tightness,palpitation and shortness of breath,dizziness and weakness,and dyspnea in the experimental group were(1.02±0.25),(0.96±0.22),(0.95±0.24)and(0.92±0.17)points,which were lower than(1.34±0.29),(1.17±0.30),(1.19±0.31)and(1.05±0.23)points in the control group;there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical cardiovascular events in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of liver and kidney dysfunction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was small and not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropping pill has a good therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease patients with FFR at critical value.It can improve cardiac function indicators,alleviate angina,and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular clinical events.It is a safe and effective treatment method that is worth promoting and applying.
