Study on the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay for hepatitis B
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay for hepatitis B.Methods 66 patients with hepatitis B were divided into a conventional group and a study group by random sampling method, with 33 patients in each group. The positive detection rate, serum markers[hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb),hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb),hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb)],and the clinicians'satisfaction with the test results were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate of patients in the conventional group was 78.79%,and that of patients in the study group was 96.97%;the positive detection rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The positive rates of hepatitis B e antigen, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e antibody, hepatitis B surface antibody and hepatitis B core antibody in the conventional group were 12.12%,39.39%,12.12%,12.12%and 60.61%;the positive rates of hepatitis B e antigen, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e antibody, hepatitis B surface antibody and hepatitis B core antibody in the study group were 33.33%,66.67%,36.36%,18.18%and 69.70%.The positive rates of hepatitis B e antigen, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e antibody in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rates of hepatitis B surface antibody and hepatitis B core antibody between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of clinicians with test results was 75.76%in the conventional group and 96.97%in the study group;compared to the conventional group, clinicians in the study group had higher total satisfaction with test results(P<0.05).Conclusion The chemiluminescence immunoassay can improve the positive rate and reduce the test error for hepatitis B patients, and has high clinical application value.
