Summary of Professor Cui Ajun's experience in treating Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of cardiorenal syndrome
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue decoction in treating patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of cardiorenal syndrome.Methods 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of cardiorenal syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given modified Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,6-min walking distance,Minnesota heart failure quality of life score,renal function index and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 65.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had longer 6-min walking distance of(354.0±55.2)m than(255.0±60.1)m in the control group,and lower Minnesota heart failure quality of life score of(32.0±7.1)points than(49.0±7.5)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine in the observation group was(105.5±8.2)μmol/L,the urea nitrogen was(7.2±2.2)mmol/L,the BNP was(160.2±53.6)pg/ml,which were lower than(121.7±9.4)μmol/L,(9.2±2.4)mmol/L,(200.2±50.3)pg/ml in the control group;the observation group had higher glomerular filtration rate of(83.8±3.2)ml/min than(71.4±5.5)ml/min in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of cardiorenal syndrome,modified Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue decoction can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the activity tolerance and quality of life of the patients,restore the heart and kidney function,and the curative effect is exact,so it can be promoted in clinical use.
