Application of cardiac rehabilitation training and nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI
Objective To explore the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation training and nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 64 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were selected and divided into a control group(basic nursing,32 cases)and an observation group(cardiac rehabilitation training and nursing on the basis of basic nursing,32 cases)by random number table method. The cardiopulmonary function indexes[maximum oxygen uptake(VO2 max),anaerobic threshold(AT),metabolic equivalent(MET)],quality of life score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,VO2 max,AT and MET were(18.65±1.23)ml/(kg·min),(15.95±3.11)ml/(kg·min)and(5.32±1.69),which were better than(17.12±2.65)ml/(kg·min),(14.25±3.05)ml/(kg·min)and(4.23±1.02)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function, social function, emotional function and mental health of the observation group were(69.56±3.66),(68.11±3.56),(69.59±4.18)and(68.55±4.11)points,which were higher than(52.13±3.44),(51.23±3.44),(52.22±4.63)and(50.25±4.12)points of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88%,which was higher than the control group's 78.13%(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation training and nursing for patients after PCI has a good nursing effect, which can provide reliable and effective guidance and support for the rehabilitation of patients by enhancing their physical adaptability, quality of life and self-care ability.
