Clinical effect of combined use of Gongankang and estrogen and progesterone in preventing re-adhesion after surgery for intrauterine adhesion
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined use of intrauterine cross-linked hyaluronate gel(trade name:Gongankang)and estrogen and progesterone in preventing re-adhesion after surgery for intrauterine adhesion.Methods 50 patients with intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received intrauterine balloon placement and treatment with estrogen and progesterone,while the observation group received treatment with Gongankang and estrogen and progesterone.The treatment effects,intrauterine adhesion score and endometrial thickness,menstrual recovery,and the occurrence of adhesions were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of treatment effect,the observation group had higher total effective rate of 96.00%than the control group's 68.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in uterine adhesion score and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower uterine adhesion score of(2.85±0.31)points than(4.89±0.65)points in the control group,and higher endometrial thickness of(8.28±1.28)mm than(6.41±1.01)mm in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had menstrual volume of(45.36±7.47)ml and menstrual duration of(5.54±1.23)d,which were more than(38.12±4.11)ml and(4.03±0.87)d in the control group;the observation group had menstrual recovery time of(29.65±2.47)d and vaginal bleeding time of(4.21±0.92)d,which were shorter than(34.59±2.73)and(8.40±1.87)d in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the occurrence of re-adhesion,the observation group had lower total incidence of 8.00%than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the surgery for intrauterine adhesions,the combination of Gongankang and estrogen and progesterone can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,effectively alleviate intrauterine adhesions,improve endometrial conditions,promote menstrual recovery,and effectively reduce the incidence of re-adhesions.The clinical effect is very ideal.
