Analysis of the comprehensive value of blood biochemical test in clinical diagnosis of diabetes
Objective To observe the comprehensive value of blood biochemical test in clinical diagnosis of diabetes,so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods 35 patients with diabetes who received medical treatment were selected as the observation group,and 35 healthy patients who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period as the control group.All enrolled subjects underwent blood biochemical tests,and the blood biochemical tests(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein a,apolipoprotein b,cystatin C,homocysteine)of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein a,apolipoprotein b,cystatin C and homocysteine were(7.56±1.24)mmol/L,(8.75±1.50)mmol/L,(1.43±0.39)mmol/L,(5.74±0.62)mmol/L,(2.41±0.53)mmol/L,(1.96±0.45)g/L,(0.90±0.14)g/L,(0.87±0.10)mg/L and(11.92±1.51)μmol/L,which were higher than(5.32±1.01)mmol/L,(6.12±1.17)mmol/L,(0.97±0.11)mmol/L,(4.58±0.33)mmol/L,(1.85±0.42)mmol/L,(1.49±0.37)g/L,(0.72±0.09)g/L,(0.63±0.07)mg/L and(8.74±1.38)μmol/L in the control group;the observation group had lower high density lipoprotein cholesterol of(0.78±0.30)mmol/L than(1.59±0.22)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood biochemical test can reflect the physiological and pathological changes in the body of diabetes patients in time,which is helpful for doctors to make correct diagnosis and formulate effective treatment plans,and is worth promoting.
