Study on the test results of vaginal secretions in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department
Objective To evaluate the test results of vaginal secretions in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department.Methods 120 vaginal secretion testers were selected as study subjects,and the detection of pathogens(bacterial,candida,and trichomonas)at different levels of vaginal cleanliness was analyzed.Results Among the 120 cases of vaginal secretions tested,38 cases were cleanliness Ⅰ(31.67%),28 cases were cleanliness Ⅱ(23.33%),27 cases were cleanliness Ⅲ(22.50%),and 27 cases were cleanliness Ⅳ(22.50%).Among the 120 cases of vaginal secretions tested,20 cases(16.67%)of bacterial vaginosis,13 cases(10.83%)of candida,5 cases(4.17%)of trichomonas.The higher the vaginal cleanliness,the higher the detection rate of bacterial vaginosis,candida and trichomonas.Conclusion In the test of vaginal secretions in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department,the incidence of vaginal pathogen infection is high,and protective measures should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of vaginal infection.
